Opinião: Fiquei fã logo no primeiro filme e não podia perder a continuação. Ao contrário de alguns fãs do primeiro filme, saí bastante contente do cinema depois de o ver! Desilusão zero!

Começa da melhor maneira com uma cena de ação e, claro, que não iriam perder a oportunidade de utilizar a fofura do adorável Groot bebé para os primeiros dez minutos. Durante uma luta entre os guardiões e seres que querem roubar a energia do local, o pequeno Groot faz as delícias e ganha a atenção quase a 100% de quem assiste. Boa jogada dos realizadores que conseguiram prender logo desde o início.

Está tudo bem até ao momento em que Rocket decide que tem de roubar aquilo que estavam a proteger e descamba tudo a partir daí.

Peter, ou Star-Lord, finalmente conhece o seu progenitor, Ego, o seu "verdadeiro" pai que o "abandonou" com Yondu quando este era novo. Este tem o seu próprio planeta e uma assistente, Mantis, um tanto estranha, mas um estranho muito querido e adorável - embora Drax mantenha a sua opinião que ela é bonita mas apenas por dentro - e esta tem uma particularidade: as suas antenas não são apenas antenas, mas permitem-lhe saber e sentir o mesmo que a pessoa sente quando toca nesta, além disso é ela que ajuda Ego a dormir, já que este se revela pouco capaz de o fazer sozinho.

Enquanto fogem de Ayesha e da sua frota de naves, remotamente pilotadas como se fossem as máquinas retro das salas de jogos antigas, Peter tem de lidar com o encanto de finalmente conhecer o seu pai e escolher entre ele e a sua recente família de guardiões.

Um filme excelentemente conseguido. Um filme sobre a família e a importância de permanecer fiel àqueles que nunca nos abandonaram, embora achássemos que não nos eram nada.

A banda sonora que apela mais aos mais velhos por serem músicas dos anos 70, 80 e 90 mas dá a conhecer aos mais novos algumas boas músicas da época.

Atenção: Fiquem para o fim! Há créditos especiais ;)

Review: I became a fan since the first movie and I couldn't lose the second one. Contrary to some first movie's fans, I left the cinema quite happy! Disappointment: none!

It starts in a great way with an action scene and of course the director wouldn't lose the opportunity to use Baby Groot's cuteness in the first ten minutes. During a battle between the Guardians and creatures who want to steal the energy of the place they are suppose to defend, little Groot steals all the screen. Great move from the director to caught your attention from the beginning.

Everything is ok until Rocket Racoon decides to steal what they were supposed to defend and protect and everything goes down from there.

Peter, or Star-Lord, finally meets his fater, Ego, his "real" father, whom abandoned him with Yondu when he was young. Ego now has his own planet and a weird but cute personal assistant, Mantis, - though she's cute and adorable, Drax insists she's only beautiful on the inside, and that's hilarious - and this personal assistant has something special: antennas. What is great about her antennas? Well, the antennas allow her to touch someone and feel the exact same thing that person is feeling. Also, she's responsible to put Ego to sleep, once he can't do it himself.

While they flee from Ayesha and her fleet of spaceships, remotely controlled like the motor bike arcade games from way before in arcade game stores, Peter has to deal with the mesmerizing encounter with his father and chose between him and his recent-formed family, the Guardians.

A really well made movie. A movie about family and the meaning of loyalty to the ones who never left your side, even though they aren't blood-related to you.

The soundtracks will make the older audience remember the 70s, 80s and 90s songs but it will also show the youger audience the really nice music that was made back then.

Warning: Stay until the end. There are really nice end-credits ;)
